Yamaha R1 is a better option over the Suzuki Gixxer as the bike is an insane sports bike, producing 197.2 BHP @ 13,500 rpm and 112.4 NM @ 11,500 rpm from its 998 cc engine. The bike looks very sharp and aggressive from its first look and carries a totally different approach from all the other bikes in the segment. It comes with 855 mm of seat height, which is very high when compared to a normal sports bike, which is at 820-830 mm. The front tyre for this beast measures 120/70-ZR17 and the rear tyre is 190/55ZR17. It comes with a limited power version, which produces 104.7 BHP @ 10,000 rpm. It has been priced in India at INR 22,34,300.
