What can I do to return my Hero Maestro to the company?
I bought a new Hero Maestro on 16/07/2014. It’s only 4650 kilometer now, and I am suffering from its mileage and pickup problem, what i can do now? Wanna exchange or return this scooty…
Your scooter is under the given warranty period of Hero Motocorp and you can complain about the problems to your nearest dealers. Please check if you have completed all the services from an authorized dealer as they will question the engine oil quality if you have done the same from any other source. You can ask them abut the possible measures as they would not exchange the product after such a long period. Carburettor tuning can be done for a better mileage and that will also influence the acceleration of the scooter.
