I have purchased Maestro Edge on 28-01-2016, since then it has stopped two times on road. Both times I had to take it to Fort Point service station at Mahim ( Mumbai). I have been told that air lock takes place, if this is the condition within 4 months I am really worried because I am 70 years old and at this age I cannot push the 2 wheeler to service station. I feel that it is manufacturing fault.Please do needful.
You can ask them to clear the issue or change the required part as there is nothing as such in the scooter which cannot be replaced or repaired. You should leave the scooter at the service station and ask them to deliver the same when they are sure that the fault won’t occur again. You can even contact 1800 266 0018 for registration of your complaint if you think the dealer is not dealing with the thing properly.
