We begin with a thorough evaluation of the patient's medical and dental history as well as a full clinical examination of the mouth and x-rays. Implants are then surgically placed in the jawbone by an Oral Surgeon under local anesthesia. After adequate healing has taken place the implant can be used to support a crown, bridge, or denture.
