Are birds better pets than fish?

I like birds better because they are more interactive with you. Even though they bite sometimes. It is better to have two birds at one time, because they are social animals and get depressed. (Parrots if depressed will pull out all their feathers and it's sad). I like parakeets better than parrots, they don't poop as much. Cleaning the cage of birds is easier than dumping all the water out of a big fish tank and making sure the pump doesn't clog. Fish only interact with you when you feed them. And fish will eat eachother, sometimes. If you have a nice house aquariums can look great, but I consider it more fashionable than entertaining. Tropical fish are pretty cool, but I still like birds better.
