15-16 in France, well you know in France they have one of the most comprehensive teaching regimes in Europe, I was totally astounded at the facilities and support available to their students (my cousin and her partner moved to France and her 3 children were all educated in France) if only every other country in the world invested in their childrens education like the French do!
